Data controller

The data controller is ETHERIA (ETHERIA Conseil), 58 rue de Monceau, CS 48756, 75380 Paris Cedex 08, France, represented by Alexandre Comet.

Data collected

The website only collects personal data through the contact form:

  • required fields: name, company, work email address, nature of the need, message;
  • optional fields: role, timeline.

No data is collected without your knowledge, and none is bought or obtained from third parties.

Technical data

To limit abusive submissions, the server keeps the IP address of each submission in memory for 10 minutes at most. It is never written anywhere. The server keeps no access log.

This data is used solely to respond to your request and to follow up on the resulting conversation. Processing is based on the legitimate interest of ETHERIA Conseil in responding to the requests it receives (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). You can object to it at any time.

It is not used for automated marketing or profiling, and is never passed on.

Retention period

Requests are kept for 12 months after the last exchange, then deleted.

Recipients

I am the only person who reads requests (Alexandre Comet). They pass through the following technical providers, acting as processors:

  • OVHcloud (mailbox: email delivery and reception, European Union);
  • Cloudflare (Turnstile anti-spam service, see below).

Spam protection

The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that the submission comes from a legitimate browser. This service processes technical data (IP address, browser characteristics) for that sole purpose. It is only loaded on the contact page.

Cloudflare, Inc. is a US company. The transfer of this data to the United States relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, under which Cloudflare is certified.

Cookies and audience measurement

The website uses no audience measurement tool and sets no analytics or advertising cookies, which is why no consent banner is displayed.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, use the contact form and state your request.

If, after contacting me, you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
